This means you don’t have to refill your stove as frequently. It’s among the most economical multifuel stoves that are available.
The Ash is also a great choice due to its large removable ashpan to make maintenance easy. It also comes with a multi-fuel grate that lets you to burn smokeless or wood coal at the same time, and has a tertiary inlet that can further boost the efficiency of combustion. It is a DEFRA-approved and Ecodesign-compliant stove that has clearSkies level five credentials. This means it emits 90% less emissions than traditional open fire, and more than 80% less than a stove that’s not exempt from DEFRA.

To determine the power output you require for your room, simply take the volume of your room in cubic metres and divide by 14 for a room with good insulation 12 for a standard insulated space, or 10 if it has poor insulation. The stove is DEFRA approved and meets the Ecodesign requirements to be classified as an ‘Energy-Saving Stove’. It’s a top loading stove with a large glass window that is perfect for boiling a kettle on. Its simple styling means it works well in a fresh design, but it’s equally at home in a warm, traditional room.
